TD Photography Studio Terms and Conditions

Self-Service Rental Expectations
Studio rentals are self-service. This will include setting up light(s), backdrops, changing backdrop colors, lighting modifiers, props, and etc.
Basic Studio Guidelines
- When renting studio for a photoshoot, CLIENTS are not allowed to book the studio. PHOTOGRAPHERS must be the one booking the studio. Sessions booked by clients will be cancelled immediately.
- No smoking or flammable props
- Music is to be kept at a reasonable level
- No pets allowed
- NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER OF ANY SORT NO ACCEPTIONS
- No unattended children unless they're being serviced
- Lockbox key is to remain in box and only used to unlock front door. If key is missed placed, locked in studio, or taken by renter there will be a fee of $25
Rental Time Expectations
- Full payment is due at the time of booking. Time slots will not be held without a full payment.
- It is highly recommended to arrive on time for your scheduled session. All rental times will begin promptly at reserved start time and will end promptly at reserved end time, regardless of late arrivals from renter or renter's party.
- Rental time includes set-up, photoshoot session, tear down, and cleaning. Please be mindful of time needed when booking.
- You should not be shooting until your end time. Clean-up process will need to begin promptly 10 minutes before your end time. This will allow enough time for tear down and returning any props or other items to their original placement.
- The studio will need to be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later. Other photographers may be on the schedule right behind you. Please be courteous and have area prepared for them.
- If you're needing to extend your rental time, please speak with studio management and we will accommodate if available. Additional 30 minutes will be $30. Additional hour will be $50.
Rental Availability
Our studio schedule operates on a 72 hour window. All time slots are available on our site 72 hours in advance. Anything outside of that window will not be available on our site. Please feel free to reach out to studio management for availability that may not be present on our site. There is also a $15 fee for any last minute rentals. We can be reached via Instagram (@tdphotostudios) or Email ([email protected]). For any rental requests outside of business operating hours, there will be an additional $20 charge.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
Rescheduling can be done 72 hours prior to scheduled reserved time. You'll be able to do so through the confirmation sent to your email. Anything outside of the 72 hour window will require you to reach out to studio management and rebook a time slot. A new rescheduling date will need to be confirmed at the time of rescheduling. Reserved time slots are not transferable unless rescheduled correctly. Payments for time slots are not held for future renting when rescheduling.
If you're needing to cancel a reserved time slot, it'll need to be done 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. It can be done through the booking confirmation sent to your email. Full refunds will be issued for time slots cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled time. Any cancellations done outside the 72 hour window will need to go directly through studio management. Refund will not be issued for these cancellations.
House Keeping & Cleaning Expectations
Studio is to be left the same way it was found upon arrival. If cleaning or any putting up of items is required, renter will be charged a cleaning fee. Fees may vary depending on the severity of the mess created and cleaning required. This includes backdrops, lights and modifiers, chairs, props, any trash, flowers, spilled liquids, furniture, etc.
Damages
- Renter is 100% liable and fully responsible for ANY damages caused to any part of the studio sustained while occupying the space. Renter will be charged full price to repair or replace any items or structure damaged by either renter or anyone else included in their party. Renter also assumes full responsibility for any damages caused by clients or any visitors invited by renter during their rental period.
- THERE IS NO CUTTING OF ANY PAPER BACKDROPS. Renters will be charged 50% of backdrop repurchase price for any excessive damages to the backdrop. This includes damages from liquids, oil, paint, cake, or any extremely large rips/ tears.
Parking
There are 3 different options for parking upon arrival to the studio.
- There is a small parking lot with the pink building. It is located on 10th and Capitol directly across from the Stutz building. You'll be able to see the Turners bar. It is $5 for the day.
- There is a small parking lot located behind the pink building. That lot is $5 for the day as well.
- Regular street meter parking
- All renters are liable for any towing/ ticketing from improper parking. Renters are also responsible for communicating proper information with clients protecting them from being towed or fined.
